THE STATE OF KNITTING

So far so good on the blankets. I have two in cotton and two in Caron Simply soft. The little frilly bit on the needles is the beginning of a baby sweater. Need to make a couple of boy and girl sets just to be ready for the babies coming later this year. I'm thinking of having June be my month to sew. Too bad there's just not more time for all the cool things on my to-do list! Next week will be dedicated to getting the blue Dulaan sweater sewn up and the hat finished. Trying to plan some fun things this summer with the boys. What's your favorite thing to do in the summertime? (besides knitting:~D)

You're making good progress on the blankets. They look great.

For summer fun, why not be a tourist in your own town? There may be museums, parks or attractions that you have never visited or haven't been to in a long time.

If I didn't spend so much spare time on the computer maybe I could do some knitting too. I love what your working on.
