This is the size that fits 1-3lb babies. It is the size my first two sons would have worn at birth. My first born's head circumference was the same as that of a tennis ball. Thank God they have both grown and are healthy!!!

Have been a knitter for 40+ years, learned in 4H. Have 3 boys who were born premature #1 was 11 weeks early at 1lb14oz, #2 was 10 weeks early at 2lb1oz, #3 was 5 weeks early at 3lb10oz. Let's knit awhile shall we. PRAY FOR PEACE!
