This blanket also measures approx. 45"x45". I used US7 needles and the Grandmothers Favorite cloth pattern without using the yarn overs, increasing to 220 stitches, making good use of more scrap cotton. This will go to our local Newborns In Need.

Have been a knitter for 40+ years, learned in 4H. Have 3 boys who were born premature #1 was 11 weeks early at 1lb14oz, #2 was 10 weeks early at 2lb1oz, #3 was 5 weeks early at 3lb10oz. Let's knit awhile shall we. PRAY FOR PEACE!
