LENT

A good article about Lent recommended by Catholic Caveman. I think this article brings into focus what needs to be done as far as giving up certain things. Lent to me is like a spiritual spring cleaning if you will. It prepares us for Christ's Passion: his death and resurrection. I don't want anything of this world stopping me from following my Saviour. We are here for only a very short while, but eternity is FOREVER. Hadn't we better get into shape for it?
