HEARTY CHEESE DIP

1 lb hamburger
1 lb J.D. hot sausage
2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can fiesta cheese soup
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can black olives
1 can mushrooms
1 jar Pace picante sauce

Cook hamburger and sausage til browned, drain off fat.  Place cooked meat in crock pot and add all other ingredients.  Cook on high for 2 hours.  Serve with tortilla chips.

ARTICHOKE DIP

1 c mayonnaise
1 c artichokes, cut up
1 c chopped green chilies
1 c Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350F.  Mix all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes.
